shopyabby is an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of casual clothing, minimalist tech accessories, and home-decor products from local independent designers. The platform does not hold inventory and is not a party to the direct sales contract between buyer and seller.
Users undertake to provide accurate information during registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to comply with Romanian legislation on electronic commerce. Any account created based on false data may be suspended without prior notice.
shopyabby is not liable for the quality, conformity, or delivery of products sold by third parties. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of checkout systems and the security of transactions processed through partner gateways.
Under no circumstances shall shopyabby be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the use of the platform. The total value of our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Any user may request account deletion at any time by sending an email to info@shopyabby.com. The platform may suspend access in case of a serious breach of terms, without being obliged to refund amounts already processed.
